The 23rd edition of The Star will be held in Portland after Ukraine and Adrien won with DOROFEEVA’s “gorit“ and chose to co-host with 3rd place United States. The event will be hosted by Vlad Karaschuk (Singer) and Katya Zamolodchikova (Entertainer) in the Moda Center.
