The Star 38 will be held in the capital of the United Kingdom, London, after Gibraltar won with Tom Gregory and his song “Footprints“ and decided to share hosting duties with England. The event will be hosted by Formula 1 driver Lando Norris, singer and entertainer Ella Vaday and actor Henry Cavill in the Wembley Stadium.
